John Fowler is an English writer living in Spain. The Beneath trilogy is three novels set on the Atlantic coast of Cornwall, written for readers who like their suspense slow-burning and their settings to feel like characters in their own right.

Before turning to fiction, John spent more than twenty years in retail management, running stores and teams in Britain and Spain.
